• Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will ship out on Monday. Plan accordingly!
  • Orders shipped in a plain box or a box that says UPS on it.
  • Orders are charged by Health Choice of New York.

On all refused orders, the customer will be charged a 15% restocking fee plus all additional freight charges if reshipment is requested.

Shipping Schedule:

Priority Overnight Delivery: AM

Orders placed prior to 4 pm on Mondays -Thursdays will be delivered the following business day before 11:00 am in most areas, some rural areas by 3pm. If you are not sure, call FedEx at 1-800-463-3339 and tell them your zip code. Overnight orders placed on Fridays will not be delivered until Monday unless specified for Saturday delivery, which includes an additional $10.00 charge. Saturday deliveries are not available in rural zones.

Overnight Delivery: PM

Orders placed prior to 4pm on Mondays -Thursdays will be delivered the following business day after 12pm. Overnight orders placed on Fridays will not be delivered until Monday after 12pm, unless specified for Saturday delivery which includes an additional $20.00 charge.

2nd Day Delivery:

Orders placed prior to 4pm on Mondays -Thursdays will be delivered the second business day before 6:30pm. Second Day orders placed on Thursdays will not be delivered until Monday. Orders placed on Friday by 4pm will be delivered on Tuesday before 6:30pm.

Express Saver (3 Business days)

Orders placed prior to 4pm on Mondays -Thursdays will be delivered on the third business day before 6:30pm. Thursdays will not be delivered until Tuesday. Orders placed on Friday by 4pm will be delivered on Wednesday before 6:30pm.

Saturday Delivery

In order to receive a package for Saturday overnight delivery it must be specified and there is a $49.95 charge for Saturday delivery.

International Delivery (2-14 Business days depends on customs) – US POSTAL SERVICE

Orders placed prior to 4pm on Mondays -Thursdays will be delivered to the US Post Office next day for shipment. Only use this option if the package is being delivered to an international address. If you pick another shipping method we will make the correction for you and charge the difference to your charge card. Please allow 2-14 Business days for delivery. Delivery times depend on customs.

Refund Policy:
